The Work Didn't Begin in Coaching.
It Began in Reconstruction
Fran Harper is the Founder of Identity Architecture™ and creator of the Identity Architect Method. Her work focuses on a consistent pattern among high-performing individuals who build successful lives while quietly experiencing internal disconnection.
After decades in business, leadership, training and human development, she developed Identity Architecture™, a structured method for identity alignment and reconstruction, designed to help individuals rebuild internal alignment from the inside out.
The Three Collapses
Redundancy from the family business and a shock divorce became the first collapse, the beginning of questioning the life I had built.
The Early Years

Emigrating to Australia and the end of a 25-year marriage marked another identity shift, forcing me to rebuild again.
The Middle Years

The third came in a hospital: a bowel cancer diagnosis, surgery, chemotherapy, and a colostomy that quietly rewrote how I worked, how I lived, and what I could no longer pretend wasn’t important.

THE PHILISOPHY
Identity Is Not Fixed
Identity is not fixed, it is learned, shaped, reinforced, and performed over time, which means it can also be rebuilt. Most people try to change their behaviour while protecting the identity underneath it, but Identity Architecture works in the opposite direction: when identity changes, behaviour naturally follows. This work is not about becoming someone new, but about becoming congruent with the life you are actually living now.

THE WORK BEHIND WORK
Decades Behind the Method
I started in education with a B.Ed (Hons) in Science and later spent forty years in the global food industry across manufacturing, sales, and marketing throughout the UK, Europe, the GCC, Southeast Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
I am a Master Trainer in NLP, Time Line Therapy™, and Hypnosis. I hold a Diploma in Counselling and founded Industry Training Partners in April 2008.
Former President of Power House Rugby Union and, in 2024, named MBN Female Entrepreneur of the Year, with the MBN Innovation Award for Training. I've spoken at Rise to Greatness with Bedros Keuilian and Chris Do, Rewritten Summit, Moderator at Foodservice and Hospitality Sydney, May 2026, Business Stage.
What I Do
Today I run Identity Architecture™, a private 1:1 programme, a group cohort, a certification for coaches (CIAP™), and the public-facing work that supports it.
I host the What I Wish I Knew at 30 Podcast, where I sit with people who have walked through identity collapse, athletes, executives, chefs, founders, undercover cops, YouTube creators, and ask them the questions no one had with them before it happened.
I also speak and run training for organizations putting identity, clarity and communication at the center of how their people perform.
